Biedrība Droša medicīna iesniegusi tiesā prasību pret LATAK

Biedrība veicot izpēti par LATAK mājas lapā http://www.latak.lv/ publicētās informācijas par akreditēto institūciju reglamentēto un nereglamentēto akreditācijas darbības sfērām, ir secinājusi, ka no LATAK mājas lapā publicētās informācijas nerodas pilnīgs priekšstats par katras inspicēšanas institūcijas tiesībām veikt attiecīgās pārbaudes. Katrai LATAK akreditētajai institūcijai, mājas lapā ir pievienots akreditācijas apliecības pielikums, kurā norādīta minimāla informācija- tajās nav norādīts kādus tehniskos parametrus jāpārbauda atbilstoši kurām robežvērtībām, kā arī ne vienmēr ir norādīt pamatojums, konkrēti kuri normatīvie akti paredz šīs pārbaudes veikt. Biedrība 19.07.12 šajā sakarā vērsās LATAK ar vēstuli ar lūgumu precizēt parametrus, katrai MK not. 581 pielikuma Nr 23 minētajai ierīcei, kā arī norādīt atbilstoši kurām IEC/ISO/EN normatīvo aktu prasībām pārbaudāmie parametri ir izvēlēti un kādas ir noteiktas robežvērtības ar kurām tiek nodrošināta vienota vērtēšanas pieeja. LATAK atbildot uz Biedrības lūgumu, norāda ka iestādes kompetencē nav sniegt MK noteikumu interpretāciju . LATAK atteikums publiskot vērtēšanas kritērijus nenorādīt normatīvo aktu prasības (standartus IEC/ISO/EN), apliecina, ka netiek piemēroti vienoti vērtēšanas kritēriji visām metodikām, un šo metožu atbilstības standartiem. Biedrība iesniegusi prasību tiesā 24.09.12. par LATAK faktisko rīcību.
